Urban Propaganda How-Toby *DomNX

I get notes asking how I design certain pieces, so I figure I'd put one together. But try as I might, I find that it's not so much a tutorial, as it is an insight into my thought process; Kind of "What Would DomNX do?"

Forgive my misspellings and improper grammer. (I iz from American publik Skool systemm) Hey, that's why I'm an artist, not a novelist! Besides, what do you expect for 'Free?'

This is a good example of a How-to tut. Not only you focus on propaganda but it is a good basic for creating art digitally. Love it!!!
